Welcome to the Fitness with Grace studio in Stoke Newington. A private, welcoming environment designed to help you feel comfortable, confident and strong.
Unlike many traditional gym spaces, our studio is intentionally mirror-free, creating a supportive, judgement-free atmosphere where the focus is on how you feel, move and grow. Whether you’re completely new to strength training or returning after time away from fitness, this is a space where you can train without pressure or comparison.
Alongside personal training sessions, we also offer women-only open gym access on selected days of the week, giving you the opportunity to train independently in a calm, empowering environment.

A Studio Members Trust
See why members choose us for fitness, wellness and results.
Whether you want to build strength, improve muscle tone, recover from injury, boost your cardiovascular fitness or feel more confident in your body, strength training is one of the most effective and sustainable ways to support your health and wellbeing.
Strength training helps to tone and strengthen muscles without “bulking up” — while also helping to reverse the natural muscle loss that occurs as we age. Starting earlier can maximise the long-term benefits, but it’s never too late to begin.
Regular strength training can also:
Improve bone density and reduce the risk of fractures, particularly important for women
Support joint health and flexibility, helping to ease symptoms of stiffness and arthritis
Improve balance, coordination and everyday mobility
Increase lean muscle mass, helping your body burn energy more efficiently
Boost confidence, posture and overall wellbeing
Most importantly, strength training delivers measurable, rewarding progress that supports your long-term health — whether you’re 25 or 85.
