At Fitness with Grace, we think the life-changing benefits of strength training can be achieved at any stage of life – whatever your age or fitness level.

Our team of accomplished, highly qualified personal trainers are united by their belief in body-positive exercise. They have been brought together into one space by Grace Turner, a former professional dancer who has spent 13 years bringing sustainable fitness to women of all ages. 

Our mirror free studio, in Stoke Newington, is designed to create a safe, welcoming environment, allowing our clients to feel happy and comfortable, and helping to build a healthy exercise habit. 

How to work with us

We are a personal training studio open to all genders, offering 1:1 coaching tailored to your goals. You can book sessions directly with one of our trainers for a personalised experience and expert support.

We also offer Women-Only Open Gym sessions, giving you the freedom to train independently in a comfortable, supportive environment.

Women-Only Open Gym Schedule

  • Tuesdays: 5pm – 8pm

  • Thursdays: 5pm – 8pm

  • Saturdays: 9am – 12pm

To attend, simply book a 60-minute slot through our app. Spaces are limited to ensure the gym never feels overcrowded.

A trainer will always be present, and a suggested workout will be available on the whiteboard if you’d like guidance.
